Shoop da Whoops are a very rare and powerful Pokemon that have not been found yet in the shames because they come from the areas around the as-yet-unexplored Memia Town, in the Fouromna region. They have only one known move, LAYZAR;;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1, which is a very powerful one, yet it only works in McDonald's. The Shoop da Whoops came to the Pokemon World with a complete knowledge of how to use their only move, so it is presumed that there is a McDonald's chain in Fouromna too.
